Terms & Conditions
It is my aim to give every customer the function/event they want and expect. I want you to make your booking with total confidence. Written confirmation of a booking implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Bookings:
Applications for bookings must be made through myself following a meeting to discuss individual requirements.
A 25% non-refundable deposit must be made to confirm the booking.
Full payment must be made 14 days prior to the function/event.
All functions/events include a drop-off service within a 5 mile radius, however, should a collection service be required there will be a charge of £7.50.
Cancellations:
14 days prior to the function/event a 75% refund of the full payment will be given.
7 – 14 days prior to the function/event a 50% refund of the full payment will be given.
Less than 7 days no refund will be given.
Numbers to be charged:
Confirmation of final numbers attending must be given 14 days before prior to function/event.
Responsibility:
The customer accepts full responsibility for any damage caused by themselves or their guests attending for any equipment belonging to Anthony’s Outside Catering. All equipment must be returned within 5 days following the function/event in a clean condition.
